We just returned from another successful Spring Quilt Market - as always, we had a blast recharging our creative energy (I only wish now I had time to play instead of having to PACK!).
We were lucky to have one of our own in tow who grew up in Kansas City and got to see places, like Plaza, that you don't experience when you stay parked at a convention center for the weekend.
We ordered cool, new fabric that you won't find anywhere else in town (and thankfully passed on another that Sam thought was awe-some, but, quite frankly, scared the dickens out of me!), met with a couple of new fabric designers and had a great time meeting up with our old friends.
We're looking forward to getting moved into our new space and sharing the things we've learned with YOU in our upcoming workshops!

Slice Club meetings will feature Sunbonnet Sue Block of the Month beginning in July!
Each meeting will include tips and techniques for cutting, assembling & embellishing your Sues and Sams and will have lots of room for creativity!
Want a BIG block? Want a small block? No problem, because you can cut a variety of sizes with your Slice machine and design cards!
Meetings are free for anyone who has purchased a Slice Machine at TQW but you have to have a Slice to participate! Stop in today and check it out!

We met Rebekah at Market and were fortunate to take a mini-workshop from her while we were there!
This book is CHOCK FULL of info and will become your go-to book for mixed media techniques. Yep, it's that good!
