Can I rent or buy an email list using this service?
Our service is a communication service only. We do
NOT provide any list harvesting, selling, or renting programs for our clients. Each of our clients has already collected a permission-based email list, and they upload that list into their accounts for email sending purposes.
Our service permits only the use of permission-based lists. Buying, selling, or renting an email list is incompatible with a permission-based system. If you buy a list, the people represented by the email addresses on that list could not have given you their permission to have their email address and to send them any emails. In order to use our system, you will have to have the permission of all of your email subscribers.
Your list must be collected in a proper manner to be used with our service. We do not allow our clients to harvest email addresses. Your account offers several accepted methods for creating a permission-based contact list. You can create a sign-up form and place it onto your website.

If you feel your email address has been harvested or sold to one of our clients, please contact us. We take these practices very seriously as it violates our End-User License Agreement.
